Singular pronomen: Ich, Du,er/sie,es. Plural:Wir,Ihr,sie/Sie.
Personalpronomen ersetzen im Satz die Nomen. Dadurch wird der Satz kürzer und Wiederholungen von Nomen werden vermieden.
Nominativ : ich du er sie es wir ihr sie Sie
Dativ : mir dir ihm ihr ihm uns euch ihnen Ihnen
Akkusativ : mich dich ihn sie es uns euch sie Sie

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
